General Purpose
Wellrithms is looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to solve complex software engineering problems supporting our core operational workflows. This engineer will maintain our existing .NET-based application suite while actively contributing to developing and transitioning to a modern, scalable, and maintainable TypeScript-based architecture. They will work closely with engineering, product management, and business partners to ensure our core operational systems are efficient and scalable.
The ideal candidate has a background in software engineering, strong experience building solutions on .Net, and a working understanding of modern development frameworks. This engineer works well with cross-functional teams and business partners and effectively communicates technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. We need someone comfortable working in a fast-paced environment who proactively seeks new technologies and methodologies to improve existing systems and processes.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the existing suite of operational systems using .NET and AWS Cloud technologies.
- Lead the development and implementation of a modern TypeScript-based application.
- Utilize modern development frameworks to build scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all code and systems to facilitate ease of understanding and maintenance.
- Produce technical documentation and diagrams to fulfill compliance requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with multiple peers and cross-functional partners.
- Collaborate with other developers as a team along with architects, QA, project managers.
- Analyze and visualize how emerging technologies could benefit our infrastructure and code.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through testing and code reviews.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in software development.
Qualifications
- S. Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
- Experience developing with AWS products including Lambda, Aurora MySQL, DynamoDB, S3.
- Experience architecting scalable, secure installed and cloud-based applications.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Experience with MVC, Razor, JavaScript and Blazor components is preferred.
- Experience with cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, and data warehousing solutions is preferred.
- Experience developing in Business Intelligence platforms such as Quicksight, Power BI and Tableau is preferred.
- Experience working in healthcare technology or a regulated industry is a plus.
- Experience building HIPPA compliant software is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
