General Purpose
As the Implementation Lead Strategist, you will guide and support the implementation team in reviewing and completing client connectivity projects by setting deadlines to achieve business objectives. Working closely with the Implementation Manager and Director of Bill Review Services, you will define project goals, objectives, and scope and develop a detailed project plan outlining tasks, timelines, and required resources. Your responsibilities include leading and processing all Bill Review test files, communicating with the project team and stakeholders, managing risks and issues, and monitoring progress to ensure projects stay on track and are completed successfully.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating all implementation project work and ensuring timelines are met and delivered on time.
- Serve as the point of contact for implementation projects when multiple teams are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
- Process, analyze and perform quality review on all bill review test files within the Harmony/Melody system (WellRithms proprietary software).
- Create long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
- Set milestones and deadline dates and delegate tasks.
- Skillfully document and take notes during meetings, capturing action items, and sending out meeting agendas during the implementation process.
- Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.
- Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with implementation.
- Communicate with executives or leadership to keep the project aligned with their goals
- Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standard expected.
- Adjust schedules and targets for the project as needed or as financing for the project changes.
- Ensure all expectations are set correctly with new clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in project management with a strong focus on customer success in the healthcare or software industry.
- Familiarity with software implementation processes and best practices.
- Previous leadership experience in the healthcare field.
- Technical expertise in healthcare claims/bill processing.
- Demonstrates professionalism, effective communication, and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Capable of delegating tasks effectively, making timely decisions, and solving problems efficiently.
- Skilled at prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines and business goals.
- Highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented, consistently managing tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
