General Purpose
As an Account Manager, you will serve as the liaison between WellRithms and our clients, striving to surpass objectives and goals by consistently exceeding client expectations. This role involves developing strong customer relationships through proactive program management. Exceptional customer relations and communication skills are essential for success in this position. You will report directly to the Director of Bill Review Services.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all client-related issues, build rapport with the client, stakeholders, and partners that allow you to anticipate needs, and serve as the client expert in all matters.
- Assist in preparing reports and proposals; forecast, track, and evaluate key account metrics; meet annual KPIs for retention.
- Analyze data for each program, provide the client with potential opportunities and solutions, and continuously evaluate program enhancement opportunities.
- Use logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions; probe all fruitful sources for answers; provide excellent analysis and be able to look beyond the obvious.
- Develop individual account management plans focusing on strong, proactive program management and enhancement initiatives, and work with leadership to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer service calls for clients, members, and medical providers and resolve each inquiry.
- Coordinate, lead, and document all client-related meetings, including program results preparation and presentation.
- Work independently and lead the internal/external issue resolution process.
- Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for working with the Sales and Operations team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships.
- Build a solid working knowledge of WellRithms principles, terminology, and practices of health care and risk management, as well as each client’s business services and products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline and/or comparable experience in the related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the Group Health and/or Workers Compensation industry is preferred.

Status: Full-time; Regular
Starting Salary: $80,000 annually
