Bill Review Supervisor – Medical Disputes
General Purpose
As the Bill Review Supervisor, you will oversee a team of medical bill review processors and foster a high-performance culture through development, training, and coaching. This role requires expertise in medical billing, coding, and claims and keen attention to detail to identify errors and discrepancies. The Supervisor is also responsible for evaluating daily workflows and providing actionable feedback to the VP of Claims and Operations to enhance overall efficiency. You will report to the VP of Claims.
Implementation Lead Strategist
General Purpose
As the Implementation Lead Strategist, you will guide and support the implementation team in reviewing and completing client connectivity projects by setting deadlines to achieve business objectives. Working closely with the Implementation Manager and Director of Bill Review Services, you will define project goals, objectives, and scope and develop a detailed project plan outlining tasks, timelines, and required resources. Your responsibilities include leading and processing all Bill Review test files, communicating with the project team and stakeholders, managing risks and issues, and monitoring progress to ensure projects stay on track and are completed successfully.
Senior Machine Learning Engineer
General Purpose
We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer who wants to use Artificial Intelligence to fix a broken healthcare system for the benefit of all. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in machine learning frameworks, experience working with healthcare data, and the ability to build scalable AI-driven solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally to develop and deploy cutting-edge models that enhance billing accuracy, identify fraud, and contribute to new AI-powered products.

Payroll & Benefits Specialist
General Purpose
The Payroll & Benefits Specialist provides operational support to the Human Resources department, with responsibility for several HR functions including benefits and payroll. The Payroll & Benefits Specialist supports and helps execute a variety of departmental initiatives, including the continuous improvement of the employee experience and the efficiency and effectiveness of all HR systems and processes.
In-House Counsel (Missouri)
General Purpose
WellRithms is looking to add a talented and experienced In-house Counsel to our expanding Workers’ Compensation team. The In-House Counsel will manage and oversee workers’ compensation claims and handle various litigation matters for the company. The role is primarily remote; however, the In-house Counsel must be flexible to manage travel schedules and attend to in-person requirements, ensuring that the case is represented professionally and effectively. The In-house Counsel will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
